Saint-Marc

Our room the “Romantique” was stylishly decorated and had some nice touches to make it cozy like a small fridge and sink in the room, utensils and plates, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a tiny microwave and electric kettle with a selection of teas. Nicolas was very nice, but did not always respond to messages. The location is great, in the middle of a tourist area and walking distance to many things. On the down side it was up 4 flights of stairs (no mention of this in the listing), the room was so small that there is barely enough room to walk around the bed. The bathroom is so small that you have to be careful not to hit yourself on the tiny sink when you sit on the toilet. The biggest problem for us was the location of our room in the building. The listing says the room has a “view of the inner courtyard”. In reality, the view from our single window looked out to a narrow inner light shaft onto 3 or 4 windows of neighbor’s apartments and trash cans below. We all had our windows open because it was so hot in Paris and very stuffy in the room. You could hear every conversation, cough, and toilet flush. The woman next door was at the window smoking at 3am and having a loud conversation with her neighbor one floor below. If you don’t mind stairs and are a deep sleeper, the place might be ok for you. It didn’t work for us.

The spaces are hard to find and there is minimal to no operational support.

J'ai découvert cette opportunité de louer à l'heure un bureau ou un lieu en interieur au calme dans Paris. L'expérience a été parfaite sans aucune fausse note. Horaires, confort, propreté, équipement, calme. Vraiment je conseille.

Clean, conforme à l'annonce, accès facile et bien fait. Communication simple via les outils numeriques. Pas cher! Je recommande!

Endroit bien placé Espace bien équipé cependant canapé et coussin taché.
